I have Brave on the side ready to be deployed if needed but I'd like to stay on Safari. I switched to Firefox. I still use Safari, but my main browser is FF. I use adguard but I also have youtube premium (got it for cheap via vpn). Vinegar has worked great for me for years. But turning off the DNS ad blocker and then turning it on is a lot harder than just toggling the extension or shield. I have to delete the two DNS servers, then choose the “automatic” option, then after downloading the youtube video, I have to choose the “manual” option and insert the two adblocker DNS server again. For those who are having YouTube popups about your adblocker, use Fadblock! I highly recommended it, no more black screen, no more popups. Just a reminder, when you use Fadblock, disable your main adblocker's blocking of YouTube. You'll thank me later.
