How it happened. Stole a ship, went to The Key. Sold it. Modified my ship. Went to board. It says board the stolen ship, not Frontier. Teleports me to New Atlantis and I'm floating on the landing pad in an invisible stolen ship. Can't fast travel. Fix so far: buy the ship I just sold. Fast travel to ship tech. Set Frontier as home. Undock the ship. Load the save file you want to try to recover the ship on. If the ship does not appear, then this save file won't work, you'll have to start again from step 1 to try another. If the ship does appear, then: Set ship as home ship at a ship technician. Save game.
