Ayahuasca diet - I am F29 and I had my first Ayahuasca experience last Saturday and I thought I would share my experience that was positive, although hard, to anyone this may help. Before my ceremony I have been struggling mentally for the past year. Feeling incredibly desperate with a multitude of things going on in my life.
